UNIQLO Reyn Spooner Colletion
The UNIQLO X Reyn Spooner collection features classic floral and vintage-inspired patterns from the Reyn Spooner archive. For over six decades, Reyn Spooner has built a legacy of craftsmanship and design with Aloha in every stitch. The brand launched in the islands in 1961 after Reyn McCullough of Reyn’s Men’s Wear met seamstress Ruth Spooner who was creating custom surf trunks of unmatched quality in a grass shack on Waikiki Beach. Now, the spirit of collaboration continues with UNIQLO.
Styles include Aloha style shirts, shorts and UV protection hats for adults. The collection also includes matching designs for kids. Made of lightweight material, the collection is the perfect addition to any wardrobe to enjoy at the beach or in an office setting.
The launch also includes prints from Reyn Spooner artists who feature Charles M. Schultz’s Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang with designs of characters enjoying Hawaii. Pieces featuring the Peanuts characters includes women and kids UTs (UNIQLO T-shirts.)
