Incase the word isn’t fully out – I’m back in the office! One of my first blog posts was about how the Hospitality industry was collapsing and how I felt about it. I struggled finding my place during the times we have been in, and then started this blog! Fun is an understatement when it came to exploring, and building relationships with other ladies & mama’s during this journey of mine. I can officially say that I am back full-time though in the hotel industry!
I am still going to blog other than giving myself that grace period to get acclimated into my new role, but being back with a team again has been amazing!!
There is one thing to address though and that is that I ended up going back into more of an ops role back in October, and really struggled to balance life as a mom and my passion. There were some other struggles that the organization needed to work out as well that just didn’t sit well with me.
I eventually took the LEAP and decided to try something new within the field. Could not be happier. I have found my place I believe! If you have ever struggled with taking that leap then please know that your happiness is 100% worth it.
That being said, I have been able to use up all of these cute office items I found at Target a bit back. I love sticky notes, planners, etc and these finds have been so useful these last few months.
I also found the cutest mouse pad off of Amazon! This print has been so fun but subtle in my office.
The weekly desk planner I use has pretty neutral colors & keeps me organized throughout the week! I also like the sticky notes that have a different look to them or fun words.
Pens & highlighters are my weakness!! I love receiving new pens or pretty highlighters. I have purchased a few from Magnolia in Waco, but also enjoy these thicker ones. These are nice when writing on the weekly planner.
Here are a few more items that I think would be so fun for the office!
The business card holders are SO cute & we have a mat under our keyboard as well, which I highly recommend.
Is there an item you always use in the office? Or a theme you mainly go for? Thank you for reading and giving this passion a reason to thrive!
