The luxurious Four Seasons Maui at Wailea, consistently ranked as one of the top hotels in Hawaii, is the perfect choice for a beachfront Hawaiian vacation. I’ve vacationed at the resort for almost twenty years and most recently stayed on the exclusive Four Seasons Maui at Wailea Club Floor. Every visit to the resort has been incredible, but the Club Floor is next level. Here is what it is like to stay on the Four Seasons Maui Club Floor.
Four Seasons Maui Arrival and Check-In
Reserve private transportation through the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea concierge for the smoothest arrival experience from Maui’s Kahului Airport. Once at the resort, Club Floor guests receive an escort to the key-card access Club Floor and Lounge for check-in. Located on the top floor of the south tower, the Club Floor Lounge is the heart of the Club Floor experience. Here, dedicated staff and a concierge team handle all the details, including guest check-in. Many Club Floor staff have worked on the Club Floor at Four Seasons Maui for over 20 years and strive to know guests and their preferences.
After check-in and a tour of the Club Lounge, including the location of the irresistible snack drawer, one of the staff will show you to your ocean-view accommodation, where your luggage will be waiting.
Four Seasons Maui at Wailea Club Floor Guest Rooms
All 26 Club Floor rooms and suites are located on the top floor and have Pacific Ocean views. The most expansive guest room views are from the oceanfront prime one-bedroom suites, which offer a 180-degree oceanfront panorama of Wailea Beach and neighbouring islands. Guests with accessibility needs will want to reserve the Club Floor ocean-view prime executive accessible suite.
The deluxe Club Floor ocean-view room offers the next best view and is the most popular room for returning Four Seasons Maui guests. With a single king bed or two queens, these rooms are perfect for a couple or family with young children.
The Club Floor ocean-view room is the final guest room category on the Club Floor. It is similar to the deluxe ocean-view room but offers a more distant view of the Pacific Ocean.
It doesn’t matter which type of Four Seasons Maui Club Floor accommodation you reserve; every Club Floor guest receives the same lounge access, elevated service, and privacy.
Four Seasons Maui Club Lounge Inclusions
Four Seasons Maui Club Floor guests enjoy complimentary breakfast in the Club Lounge or on the ocean-view balconies. After a day poolside or on the beach, return to the Club Lounge for afternoon tea from 2:00 – 4:00 pm, followed by cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 5 pm. Desserts and after-dinner drinks are available between 8 pm and 11 pm.
Beverages, including premium alcohol and snacks, are available to Club Floor guests throughout the day. If you want to take your mai tai or margarita to the pool, ask for it in a to-go cup.
The dedicated Club Floor staff and concierge team will customize exceptional experiences during your time on Maui, assist with restaurant reservations, mix island-inspired cocktails, and most likely help you book a return stay.
Is Four Seasons Maui at Wailea Club Floor Family Friendly?
We’ve been guests at Four Seasons Maui since our youngest was a newborn, and the complimentary cribs, high chairs, baby bath products, and poolside Pack’n Plays simplify family.
As our boys grew up, they loved the complimentary Kids for All Seasons program, available for ages five and up. Tweens and teens age nine to 17 can join Club Manitou during certain holidays.
The multiple pools and Four Seasons Maui’s prime location overlooking crescent-shaped Wailea Beach are popular with resort guests, including families. In addition, there is a games room, basketball hoop, fitness spaces, racquet courts, and water sports at Four Seasons Maui at Wailea.
My partner and kids spent ten days on the Four Seasons Maui Club Floor on our most recent trip to Maui. Before we arrived, I wondered if the Club Floor was family-friendly and discovered it was perfect for travelling families. The boys appreciated having all-day access to drinks and high-quality snacks, plus the lounge space. I loved that they could access drinks and food from the Club Lounge whenever they felt like it. There were other families, some with much younger children, staying on the Club Floor, too.
Although Four Seasons Maui at Wailea caters to families, there are many quiet, child-free places at the resort. One of my favourites is the adult-only infinity pool, which has elevated views of the island of Lanai and the West Maui Mountains.

- Visit the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea website for the latest offers and to reserve your stay.
- If you want to drive around the island, rental cars are available on or near the Four Seasons Maui. Contact the concierge team to organize a vehicle.

- Four Seasons Maui at Lanai is another fabulous resort, and we often visit both properties when we are in Hawaii. Read all about Four Seasons Lanai here.
