I tested Comfyz pajamas for two weeks of nightly wear and ran them through the wash a few times to see how the materials and lavender scent stood up.

First, let’s start with the features of Comfyz pajamas that makes them so unique.
Comfyz lavender pajamas are made of a very fine modal and spandex blend, and infused with lavender essential oil that’s designed to slowly release over time.
In theory, the lavender infusion in the pajamas works by slowly releasing the scent activated by your body heat. How long does the lavender scent last?
After two weeks of wear and a couple laundry treatments later, the lavender scent went from notable to fairly subtle.
While the first wear I could distinctly smell the lavender throughout the night and even a bit on the bedding where I had slept, the subsequent nights after the first and second washes, the scent was present, but not super noticeable.
Since the pajamas are infused primarily with natural lavender oil, I was not surprised that the lavender scent didn’t keep its original potency, though on a plus side they are suitable for sensitive skin. My skin is pretty sensitive, and I had no adverse reactions during the wear test.
My favorite feature of Comfyz pajamas isn’t the lavender scent. They’re super comfy.
If you’re wondering if Comfyz pajamas are comfortable for all night wear, the answer is hands down yes. The modal and spandex blend called COM’FRA is woven with super fine yarn that makes the fabric really soft.
Aside from that, the fit is relaxed and comfortable with no pressure on the skin. If you can’t sleep in sweatpants because of the elastic bands, this is a good alternative that doesn’t pull on your skin through the night.
The fabric is also warm enough for winter wear, and light enough to wear in the summer, making these a good all season selection.
Are Comfyz pajamas true to size? If you’re between sixes, size down. I wear an XS-S and received these pajamas in a size small. They’re a little big on me, so the smaller size would have been a better fit.
How did Comfyz pajamas stand during the wear test? As previously mentioned, though the pajamas are machine washable and safe to tumble dry, the lavender scent did fade after washing.
In addition to that, the elastic bands showed some minor pilling after just a couple of washes.
The main fabric area washed well and didn’t show signs of wear. But overall the pajamas lost the “new” look and feel pretty fast due to the waistbands. I will say, the woven waistbands were much more comfortable than your traditional elastic and casing, so it might be a price you’re willing to pay for the extra comfort.

There were some quality concerns including the short term lavender scent and the waistband pilling. In addition, one of the tee shirts I received had some loose, misaligned stitching around the neck. Considering these issues, I would put these pajamas on the lower quality scale.
However, if you’re looking for something super comfy and the aromatherapy is more of a fun feature than your purpose for purchasing, Comfyz are sure to keep you comfy all night long.
I could see these as a good bridal party gift for the bachelorette weekend where the short term lavender scent adds a touch of something special to experience over the weekend, but doesn’t need to stand the test of time.
