total retreat from the real world.
This impossibly cozy apartment on four
levels, set within the five-star Le Saint Roch hotel is a one-off. The luxury
ski chalet in Courchevel has been designed with amazing attention to detail.
Rough-hewn woods and stone give it the look of a rustic Savoyard barn but
fabulous-quality furnishings and thoughtful extras bring an added sense of
luxury that makes it quite unique.
Beds are piled high with faux fur throws and plump cushions,
antique pieces of furniture are set off by modern design statements and
artworks, and even the en-suite bathrooms are individually designed in alligator,
mother of pearl, or metal. This is a wonderful property to share with friends –
huge, squashy leather and velour sofas crowd around the open fire and a long,
lacquered dining table gives you and your party lots of space to relax together,
eating, drink, and catch up, while you are waited on by your private
butler.
The chalet has direct access to the exclusive hotel spa and
indoor pool on the basement level, meaning you could very happily not leave the
building all week… so you’re fortunate that the apartment is also exceedingly
well located, close to the glamorous bars and restaurants of Courchevel and
with direct access to the Bellecote piste. Life couldn’t be easier than it is
here at Chalet Le Roch.
Location
Chalet Le Roch is part of the luxury Hotel Le Saint Roch,
which is located at the foot of the Bellecote slope in Courchevel 1850. The
piste is accessed via a few steps across the road making this luxury ski chalet
virtually ski-in/ski-out.
The apartment is accessed by a private lift in the heart of
the hotel.
The nearest airport is Chambery, approximately 1 hour 30
minutes drive, whilst Grenoble and Lyon airports are approximately 2 hours 10
minutes and Geneva airport is 2 hours 20 minutes drive away.
There is also an altiport in Courchevel 1850 for those
traveling by helicopter or private jet.

Chalet Le Roch sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a hammam and
rainfall showers.
The master suite is located up in the eaves on the fourth
floor.
The first and second floor each have two bedrooms.
All bedrooms can be configured with either king-size or twin
beds.
Eating
Chalet Le Roch is part of the five-star Le Saint Roch hotel,
which has its own excellent restaurant. It will easily impress gourmands with
their local dishes, in particular their meat and fish specialties.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant itself,
with its roaring fire, or up in the privacy of your chalet, where your butler
can serve meals in the rustic, open-plan dining area.
