Bucket List Travel Experiences | Chic Family Travels

Have you seen the movie, “The Bucket List?” It’s basically a story of 2 older men with terminal cancer who make a pact to tick off their bucket list travel experiences.

I watched the “Bucket List” while flying Emirates First Class, one of my own bucket list moments. The movie made me think, “Shouldn’t we all write down a bucket list and propel it into action?” I don’t want to wait until I’m facing my last days like these guys did, do you?

BUCKET LIST TRIPS AND EXPERIENCES

1- Fly Emirates First Class, and take a shower at 40,000 feet

2- Swim with a whale shark

3- Ride an elephant in the Golden Triangle

4- Explore Bangkok’s floating markets and temples.

5- Ride a Tuk Tuk in Thailand

6- Stay at Musha Cay Resort (This one is a little far fetched, but a girl can dream!)

7- Go Truffle Hunting in Italy

8- Sail the BVI’s 

9- Sail the Exumas

10- Sail the Grenadines 

11- Sail the Polynesian Islands

12- Sleep in a tent at an Elephant Camp

13- Swim with Pigs in the Exumas

14- Dive the Great Barrier Reef

15- Go on an African Safari

16- Go on an African Safari by horseback

17- Stay at Necker Island  and meet Richard Branson

18- Re-visit Necker Island once its re-built from the hurricane.

19- Trek Gorillas in Uganda or Rwanda

20- Visit an orphanage and volunteer

I hope this bucket list of travel experiences inspires you to make your own bucket list.

I asked my husband what is on his bucket list and he responded : “Follow Tamala around while she fulfills her bucket list.” I must have a pretty decent bucket list!
