Guests can indulge in three tasting flights, each showcasing Nyetimber’s finest offerings. The Flagship Flight (£30) introduces the Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage, Rosé Multi-Vintage, and Cuvee Chérie Multi-Vintage. For those wanting to explore further, the Explore Flight (£45) features Rosé Multi-Vintage, Blanc de Blancs 2016, and Tillington Single Vineyard 2014. Babbo has opened a fabulous new restaurant in St John’s Wood, offering all-day dining rooted in authentic family traditions. Nestled on St John’s Wood High Street, Babbo meaning ‘Daddy’ in Italian – delivers a welcoming atmosphere with interiors inspired by Mediterranean heritage, including bespoke resin flooring, intricate tiles, and a show-stopping illuminated mirrored ceiling above the bar.

Kicking off on November 12th, the Winter Village transforms Dovetale’s courtyard into a whimsical retreat featuring woodland huts serving Guinness, Singleton cocktails, bratwursts, and Tom Sellers’ mince pies. The terrace becomes a cozy ski lodge with fondue sets and festive treats, running until January 5th.

On November 28th, Thanksgiving celebrations bring an American-inspired menu, including roast turkey with all the trimmings, priced at £110 per adult and £45 per child. From November 25th to December 24th, festive à la carte and sharing menus showcase seasonal delights like whiskey-cured salmon, turkey ballotine, and black truffle gnocchi.

Christmas Day offers a lavish family-style feast with indulgent mains such as aged beef wellington and stuffed turkey ballotine, priced at £195 per adult and £95 per child. Boxing Day reimagines leftovers into an indulgent brunch.

Finally, on New Year’s Eve, Dovetale embraces Art Deco glamour with live music, a four-course menu, and cocktails to toast 2025 in style, priced at £195 per person. Reservations are highly recommended for these festive celebrations.
