Breakfast places in Oslo are not in short supply but rather a matter of quality and wishes. Many breakfast places can provide both buns and soft drinks for breakfast. There are also some treasures in Oslo if you want a tasty breakfast. I chose to share five breakfast places in Oslo that give a good feeling: delicious coffee, perfect eggs, and something sweet—several offer organic ingredients with a focus on local food – which means high-quality meals.
KUMI in Bjørvika Neighbourhood
Breakfast places in Oslo, which are vegetarian and organic, are a delicious advantage. Especially when you go out with friends who have challenges eating breakfast in a restaurant. At KUMI, they are all good at adapting to allergies and dietary requirements; best of all, everything they serve is organic food. So the food is clean, the nutrients are excellent, and the taste is delicious. KUMI has a range of delightful signature juices. Of course, there is fabulous coffee to be enjoyed with friends over a good chat.

Babbo Collective Parkveien, Neighbourhood Frogner
Do you want to combine sophistication with hipness? Then you can always eat at the Babbo Collective Parkveien in the posh neighborhood of Frogner. They have delicious scrambled eggs that are perfectly assembled and melt on the tongue, recommended with extra cheese. If that doesn’t tempt you, they also have some magical pancakes you should try if you want something sweet with your coffee. Or maybe yes, thank you, I will have both because it’s Sunday and I deserve sweet & salt.

Håndbakt, Tøyen Neighbourhood close to Kampen
When you want to go into the urban environment and discover Tøyen, with its botanical garden and exciting murals around the street, then you can have breakfast or brunch at Håndbakt. It is located at the back of the street and into the old factory building – there, you will find the next-generation artisan bakery in Oslo focusing on organic raw goods. Here, you can indulge in delicious pastries and Croque Oslo with grilled sourdough bread with Norwegian gouda, cheddar, dijon, and bechamel, everything you want on a slightly tired Sunday.

Farina, Kampen Neighborhood
Would you like to go exploring in Oslo? Then, you should take a walk in the charming neighborhood of Kampen. Petite and charming wooden three houses, and maybe you’ll be lucky to find the Olsenbanden’s home on the way (old Norwegian tv-show. When you see the yellow house with a queue, you probably arrive at Farina. Here, you will find delicious baked goods, often a dish with eggs and, among other things, the day’s soup. Perfect Sunday stroll! And they have some magical cardamom buns, which beat many other boring cinnamon buns in Norway.

Åpent Bakeri, Tranen or Inkognito Gate
If you want a French breakfast, fruity coffee, and a croissant in front of the fireplace in Incognito Street, I vote for it! And in May, you can see an utterly magical cherry tree blossom that is pink and lovely. If you would rather eat eggs and pancakes, you have to go to Tranen and eat in the venerable building that has retained its charm in Oslo’s streets.
